Homes for Heroes Program

At Homes for Heroes, the mission is simple: give back to the people who serve our communities every day. The program was created to help heroes save money when buying, selling, or refinancing a home through a network of trusted real estate and mortgage professionals.

The program is designed for:

  • Active-duty military and veterans

  • Law enforcement officers

  • Firefighters and EMS personnel

  • Healthcare professionals

  • Teachers and school staff

Eligible heroes may receive significant savings through real estate commissions, lender credits, title services, and other participating service providers. These savings can help reduce out-of-pocket expenses during the home buying or selling process.

For many families, homeownership is more than just purchasing a property, it’s building stability, security, and long-term wealth. The Homes for Heroes program was built to support those who dedicate their lives to serving others by helping make that goal more attainable.

As a participating real estate professional, we are proud to serve the men and women who serve our communities. Whether you are relocating, purchasing your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or refinancing, our goal is to provide expert guidance, strong communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

If you believe you qualify for the program or would like to learn more about how the savings work, contact us today. We would be honored to help you navigate your next move with the professionalism, respect, and service you deserve.

We have lived your lives and spent time in your shoes personally. Here at the Decker Group, we are former Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Military Veterans, and healthcare professionals. You want to make sure the people you are working with understand your lives, and we do.
