We’re still collecting the recorded HOA documents for Diamond Springs. Before you write a contract, ask us for the rules on renting, pets, vehicles and boats, fences, pools and exterior changes. These rules vary a lot from one community to the next.

Amenities

The Metro Lagoon, a swimmable lagoon with kayaking, paddleboarding, a swim-up bar, a floating obstacle course, and a splash pad. Also an events pavilion, cabanas, a dog park, miles of trails, an event lawn, gated entry, and golf-cart paths. About 2,700 homes are planned.
