Halifax Plantation is an older master-planned community with more than one homeowners association. Ask which association or associations cover the home you are buying.
Waterstone dues: Reported at about $101/month, including grounds maintenance (listing data, Oct 2026) — confirm before relying on it. Pulte says high-speed internet is included.
D.R. Horton villa dues: Not published yet — ask us for the current figure.
Golf, tennis, pool and fitness are optional club memberships, separate from the HOA.

CDD

Waterstone (Pulte): None found in our research — confirm with the builder. Pulte lists no CDD.
D.R. Horton villas: Not confirmed — we're checking. Ask us before you write a contract.
