HOA and CDD at Hammock Lakes

HOA

HOA dues are not published yet. A $0 figure on some builder data is a placeholder and does not mean there is no HOA.
As a gated community, expect an association that maintains the gate and common areas. Ask us for the current figure once it is released.

CDD

Not confirmed — we're checking. Ask us before you write a contract.
If a CDD applies, its assessments are billed on the Volusia County property tax bill and vary by lot.

Rules that affect daily life

We’re still collecting the recorded HOA documents for Hammock Lakes. Before you write a contract, ask us for the rules on renting, pets, vehicles and boats, fences, pools and exterior changes. These rules vary a lot from one community to the next.

Amenities

Gated entry and oversized homesites near the beach. No amenity center is listed.

Before you buy here

Bring your agent (or call us) before your first visit so you're registered with the builder.
The community is coming soon and plan pricing has not been released. Ask us to keep you posted on the release.
