Rules that affect daily life

We’re still collecting the recorded HOA documents for Nocatee. Before you write a contract, ask us for the rules on renting, pets, vehicles and boats, fences, pools and exterior changes. These rules vary a lot from one community to the next.

Amenities

Splash Water Park, Olympic-size pools, a clubhouse, fitness, dog parks, trails and Crosswater Hall. Marsh Harbor is gated and has a dock on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Get the CDD figure for your specific lot and phase. It can be a large part of your yearly cost.
Ask for both the master and neighborhood HOA dues, in writing.
Townhome buyers: ask what the HOA covers (roof, exterior, insurance, lawn).
