Seminole Trace is a gated community with a homeowners association.
Dues: Not published yet — ask us for the current figure.
Villa buyers: ask what the association covers on the outside of the home (roof, exterior paint, lawn) and what you maintain.
The HOA documents were not available online. Ask for them before you sign.

CDD

Not confirmed — we're checking. Ask us before you write a contract.
If a CDD applies, its assessment would be billed on your Flagler County property tax bill and would vary by lot.
