Rules that affect daily life

We’re still collecting the recorded HOA documents for Veranda Bay. Before you write a contract, ask us for the rules on renting, pets, vehicles and boats, fences, pools and exterior changes. These rules vary a lot from one community to the next.

Amenities

Gated community with Intracoastal Waterway access. Builders describe a clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a dog park, and a boat dock and ramp. A community marina with optional boat slips is proposed. The amenity center and marina are still being built or planned, so ask for current timing.

Ask for the current HOA dues and the HOA rules, since published figures do not agree.
Boat owners: ask what the proposed marina slips will cost, how they are assigned, and when they are expected.
